Ashley Cordle

Ashley Cordle is the Vice President of Agency Operations at Elliott Group. From a young age, Ashley actively worked in several businesses her family members owned and operated in both Wichita, KS, and Houston, TX. This hands-on experience instilled in her a strong work ethic, a passion for customer service, and a problem-solving mindset. In 2004, she began her journey in the insurance industry in Overland Park, KS, when she joined Universal Underwriters Insurance Group. Ashley started in commercial account management, moved into the business development position, progressed into managing various types of commercial teams, and eventually stepped into an active leadership role.  Each step of her career has been instrumental, equipping her with the invaluable knowledge and expertise she brings to Elliott Group.

Outside of work, Ashley cherishes her role as a devoted wife to Cameron and a loving mother to her daughter, Charlee, and son, Jackson. The family has made their home in Paola, KS, where Cameron’s business, along with Elliott Group, actively contributes to strengthening Miami County’s commerce. When not caught up in their children’s activities, the Cordle family relishes quality time, whether it’s riding in their Polaris RZR or Jeep Wranglers, unwinding by the pool, or soaking in the tranquility of the Lake of the Ozarks.
